We had a technician come out to inspect our Extinguishers, without saying a word, they were serviced and we were charged. Would have been nice to receive a quote and then wait for our approval before doing any work and just sending up a large bill, like every other professional service establishment would.

Then we call to see about getting our units re-certified recently and they refused to do work with us because we actually complained about the previous service we received. WOW, so never complain to this company about something THEY did wrong or they won't work with you.
