My husband bought me a beautiful, extravagant arrangement of a dozen roses for our anniversary. They began to wilt and droop over after only 4 days! That is very disappointing for the cost of those flowers. He said he wishes he would have just gone to Pick N Save for flowers because they would have lasted twice as long! They were beautiful for 2-3 days, but ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!

Ordered an arrangement fo my wifes birthday @ 8:30 am, they promised delivery by 12:00 noon same day. Wife left work @ 3:30, was called back to work @ 4:00 pm as her flowers were delivered. Arrangement was not as ordered either. No support from Haentze on late delivery or wrong arrangement. Previously they have messed up my one other delivery/order as well. They are 0/2. Will not get a 3rd chance.

I have ordered from Haentze in the past and have recently used them to send flowers to a client of mine. I gave them a dollar amount to work with and some general direction and the designer took it from there and WOW!! what an awesome arrangement. Thanks for solidifying my relationship with this client and for exceeding expectations.
