I needed a radio replaced. You would not believe the nightmare that was soon to come. Large big box stores, would sell you the product, but not do the install, dealerships wanted your 1st born as payment, and electronic specialty stores that sell and install had so many excuses as to why they could not schedule, had to cancel, or why they would or would not schedule an appointment as it might be an inconvenience to the employee. Not making any of this up. Honestly. Found My Custom Shop and holy cow. Not only did they say, I can do that, no problem, when can you come in, they were friendly, personable, and wanted to help. The pricing was fair, timing from time of order to install was what I would have expected and the work was done quickly. I am over the moon. I can not believe that I had not known Darryn and their crew were there. It is honestly is a small place, but you know what, that really can and does in most instances make a difference. I would easily go back again should I need work done and when I get a chance to mention to others to check them out as an option I will be doing so.
