This recession has hit us pretty hard. I really did not think Id be able to have a birthday party for my daughter. After doing a lot of price checking, I was so fortunate to walk into Aiderys Party Supply. They really did make it possible with theyre layaway and just good prices.

I went with this guy for my daughters birthday and he was supposed to drop things off on a friday afternoon and didn't drop things off ntil friday night arond 10:00 PM, with no phone call to say he was going to be late. Then when he said he was going to pick them up on Sunday arond 10ish he didn't show up ntil 5:30.

Like an idiot I tried to use him again becase he is close to my house and it was short notice I called him and he asked me to hold for a moment and i ended up on hold for 16 minutes before I gave up and called back and he said he was busy and he was able to take my order. Once i placed the order I need to change it later in the afternoon so I called him to change it and he said he was too busy and hng up on me. I said forget this and decided to just call information to find someone else which I did. He is just RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL I can not believe him... NEVER AGAIN!!!!

When we went in to order they weren't that friendly. They were a little pricey. This place charged to deliver the items. Most places won't charge delivery if you order more than one thing. I ordered a jumper, 4 tables, and 50 chairs and he charged me $12.00 to deliver. I am only 2 miles from him also... I think that made it worse. They told us when they dropped off the stuff they would be back on SUnday in the morning to pick it up. Then They did not show up until 4:30 p.m. Our plans for the day were ruined. When i called to find out what was going on they said, "we wouldn't have said we were going to pick up in the morning." instead of saying sorry. I will not be going back there.
