On May 17, 2013, I had an outstanding experience with American Tire. I went on May 12, 2013 to receive information on rims and tires for my car. I called back on Monday May 13, 2013 to make my final decision. I was concerned about the timing due to the upcoming weekend I was schedule to go out of town. After finding out my tires would not arrive until that Friday afternoon. I spoke with a person name Tony who understood the importance on the shipment to be received on Friday. Toney went that morning and meet the driver and picked up my rims, and called and left me a message that morning to inform me that my rims and tires would be ready that morning. I was so pleased with the fact that Tony went out of his way to accommodate me. the attention I received from Tony and American Tires make me feel special. Every opportunity I get I tell people what a great experience I received from American tires.
