He cut and removed a piece of my dogs ear and didn't tell me.



I have been bringing my dogs here for years, but will never return.



Last week, I took my 4 lbs. Poodle in for a hair cut. When I got home, I notice a cut and a 1/2 section of my dogs ear missing. The blood was dried around the injury and had been cleaned apparently to hide the injury.



My dog needed this to be stitched up but because he didn't tell me or seek treatment right away, it was too late too stitch it.



Accidents happen, but hiding it and not immediately telling the owner and seeking treatment is unforgivable. If the groomer would have called me with an apology and offered to pay for the vet bill , I would have understood that mistakes happen. Instead, he hid it and still charged for the hair cut.



Please, do not bring your pets here.

Ive used this groomer multiple times with my mini schnauzer. She always comes back super trim and smelling like vanilla.

Billie and Mimi are great folks. I took my dog in for a grooming and when I picked her up she was beautiful, She didn't want to leave which really surprised me. These kind folks really treat your dog as if it was their own. Highly Recommended!

Great service! Main guy there is great with my dogs; I have a maltipoo and yorkiepoo. 100% satisfied each time, and most importantly my dogs are NOT traumatized when I pick them up! Way better than the commercial pet stores.
