Herman came by with his son and gave us a great quote. It was the cheapest we received. We learned the hard way that you get what you pay for.



In one of the bedrooms the carpet was slashed down the middle. All the seems were all very obvious. In some of the transition areas, the carpet was coming up.



We repeatedly called to have Herman come see the poor installation himself, because he was not present for the install. His wife, Veronica, who handles all the calls said she would get back to us to schedule a time and promised that they would pull up the carpet if we were not fully satisfied. This isn't what we wanted, we just wanted the problems fixed. Eventually, she completely stopped answering our calls and never called us back.



If you do decide to go through them for any reason, pay with a credit card so that you have the protection of merchant dispute. They will charge you a couple hundred more for paying with a credit card, but at least you have that protection.
