Provided by YP.comLabor is way too expensive for the service and customer service you get. The saying You get what you pay for, doesn't apply at this business. You pay more, but get less. I'm sure there are many other shops that do a better job and provide honest service. Work I asked for was not done and quality of the paint job on my trailer was terrible. Never again.

Provided by YPmobileI read a few reviews on here after I had work done at DPM. I saw where the one guy below my review and I asked Ryan the owner of DPM and he explained he was a Ex employe and I want to let everyone know the prices were awesome and everything was preformed. As promised and he even worked with me on pmt options. I would Refer anyone to Ryan as he is a Honorable guy that if ur not pleased he will make it right ! Thank u Ryan for everything and ur workers for outstanding. Service ! John Kenney

Provided by YP.comAt first, customer service was great. I thought great, everything under one roof, upholstery, paint, service, etc. Even their VM greeting says it. Not so, they send their work out. That's part of the problem, they cannot monitor the quality of the work, they get what they receive and pass the shoddy work at times down to the customer. In addition, once they have your boat, customer service goes downhill from there. Multiple and follow ups are required to make sure work is being done correctly and right. I wouldn't recommend this shop simply because they are not consistent, don't take the time to make sure work is done correctly the first time and the labor rate per hour is unbelievable! I was drawn to the fact that everything would be handled in house and done right, I was wrong. In addiiton, things you ask them to do are eventually done, incorrectly at first or after they've been reminded to do it. In some cases not done at all. For example, asked for a 120 item be installed and pointed it out in a catalog they had. Never did it. Came back reminded them about my requests, installed it alright, but installed a cheap 20 item instead. I didn't bother asking them to correct it.
Terrible customer service and terrible work in general. I just checked and they recieved an F on BBB site and are no longer a member. The complaints you see on there have never been resolved. In addition, there are more negative reviews floating around the web. This is the one time you should listen to negative reviews, save yourself the trouble. If I could give this business a 0 I would. Avoid at all costs.
The five star review by the other reviewer could certainly be true. But 3 bad reviews out of 4 on yp alone can't be ignored. Complaints on BBB can't be a lie. I value customer service as well, and in my experience, this business didn't perform. I would like to see the 1000's of happy customers post a review. My advice is to listen to the negative reviews and you'll save yourself the headache. It's boat season, look somewhere else for your boat/pwc/off road service.

Provided by YPmobileI have used these guys for over 10 years. There is a reason for that, they do quality work and service. I just read a couple of reviews on here but could not disagree more! I'm sure they have over 1000 customers and if u listen to 2 unhappy ones thats too bad. Guy inside is cool and funny, he doesn't rush you off the phone or hurries you up once your there. I am guilty of asking A LOT of questions cuz hey, boating isn't cheap. I have always been treated like gold and my boat has NEVER had any problems. I have a 2004 Crownline and as long as I am a boat owner this place has my business. I have referred endless happy people here. Don't listen to 2 people out of 1000.

Provided by YP.comIf you want your boat fixed right the first time don't take it there. They will
Keep you going back over and over. They will tell you all is ok, only to find out they did not do a thorough job. If you do decide to go there you will only have yourself to blame when they drain your wallet. These are the poorest excuses for "mechanics" I have seen.
