Steer away from this place at all costs. The doctors are in complete control of everything, including Member Services, so they can essentially do anything they want without fear of legal action. Complaints to Member Services are sent to nonexistent people who refuse to contact you personally except through form letters and then rubber stamped as "done", even though their report contains blatant lies. Since Kaiser has so many huge malpractice suits against them already lawyers can pick and choose, so unless you are dead or maimed for life you gotta have big bucks to go after them!
