Horrible customer service or should I say NO customer service skills at all. Sure the place is nice and renovated but fancy decorations doesn’t take the place of bad customer service. I went in for a question and was pretty much ignored. Not even a hello, welcome, or can I have a minute! Nothing! There was only one lady there this morning and she had no people waiting. She took a call AFTER I came in and then went to the back and came back and took another call. Definitely telling other people and other reviews sites. I work in customer service so I know bad service when I receive it!
