Jai knows exactly how to correct any problem areas that I have. I tell her what hurts and she fixes it. She is a definite asset to Massage Envy. She is kind, knowledgable, and has very strong hands. She also has a great personality that makes you feel like you are visiting a friend. The front desk staff are always smiling and I feel very welcome the minute I walk into the door. The therapists at the Fontana are all so great. Jai is my therapist and I adore her but I have seen other therapist and they are all great, too.

Talk with me about the areas that I was stress in and after my massage I had no pain in my body for days. It was wonderful to be pain free. Robert, Matthew and Ashley at the front desk are wonderful employees, you need more employees like them.

Adriana is very focused and friendly. She reviews my needs and areas of concern and does a very thorough job. She is very pleasant to work with and is good representative of Massage Envy. I would not have signed up for membership if I had been scheduled with another therapist. Thank you for hiring such a competent and caring therapist. As for the girls at the desk, they could be more informative and guest friendly. I always have to ask them to punch my preferred card. It would be nice if they offered to do it before I have to ask them.

I had such a sinus headache. I came in to ease it a bit, so I thought, then go home and take a sinus pill and take it easy. Well, after my session, headache was gone and NO SINUS MEDICATION! Yay

He is courtesy and professional. He finds out what ails me and which areas to focus and gives me relief! It was nice that he remembered a problem I had and asked about it. Very personable.

My therapist was friendly, and obviously very experienced. She was able to focus on my problem areas and we had a good talk. Probably the best therapist I have had at Massage Envy

My last session, I had Leticia. She was professional and listened to me and focused on my problem areas. I had such a great experience that I switched therapist.

Andrew listened when I told him what I do (my job) and how I have poor circulation in my arms and focused on those areas. I was feeling achy and when I left I felt much better!! Simply Loved this massage!!
