Steer clear of this business at all costs! We purchased six brand new Stoughton trailers from this company and the entire process has been mishandled from the get go. Their staff is inept at best and lacks any semblance of customer service or even communication skills. After ordering our trailers we were initially told that the equipment would be delivered directly to our location in Redding, CA. The salesman we worked with demanded a deposit which we issued and than told us that in order to line up a delivery that we would have to fund the payment for the trailers by their completion date which we also did. It wasn't until they had their money in hand that their stories began to change. A delivery to Redding within a few weeks turned into a delivery in Lodi, CA. Furthermore we are a month and a half out from when we originally paid for our equipment and we have 2 of the six trailers! We have countless emails from the company with vague delivery dates and delivery location information.
