Don’t use this company!! From the dispatch to the drivers, most are horrible and you can’t believe their words. They will promise to pick up your elderly/patients and totally disregard the time promised and be late 1.5 hrs or more. Horrible company!!

Friendly staff had a great experience, I have no complaints.

This is the worst place ever!!!! On more than two occassions they have completely not showed up all together or have been very late to take my elderly mother. I can not tell you the stress and anxiety this causes. Then when you call them for a return trip it takes forever, with no regard for the patients disabilities!!! Anyway they don't even deserve one star but I had to put something there. Don't use them unless you don't care if you arrive at your destination.

This place is the worst. While on my way to work, one of their van drivers was busy talking on his cellphone and literally backed right into my car, causing thousands of dollars of front end damage.

Since then, they have nothing. They dodge all calls, pass the buck and refuse to take financial responsibility. And get this....

They are a medical transport company and they had no car insurance! I'm suing the pants off them.....
