It was my first time here. I was nicely greeted by a very beautiful gorgeous service advisor. Miss. Audrie Gonzalez. She had green emerald eyes of extravagance. She was articulate , with care and concern. She not only was : Eloquent, Gorgeous. She was very intelligent. I explained I was residing at a hotel. Also I had not used the car for a few days. She nicely explained, this could be why the car might not have started. I always explained that the car is bouncing up and down. So I asked her to please have the mechanics please check the car struts. Upon investigation the battery life was down on the car battery. So replaced the car battery. Three year warranty plus it costs parts and labor: $159.95. The struts were inspected. The mechanic indicated the struts were good. The problem was the passenger side axle seal leaking. Solution: Replaced passenger axle seal. Parts and labor: $378.47. Then it was suggested : To perform transmission drain and refill. I complied. The price for parts and labor: $159.95. Next : Car maintenance was: Perform : Complete throttle body service fuel treatment. The price: $169.95. Next: Car maintenance , replaced the brake fluid exchange. The price for parts and labor: $59.95. Next: Replaced, in cabin filter. The price parts and labor: $59.95. The car is a 2013 Honda Civic. I want my car in tip top shape. I went to this car dealership, because of good reviews I read. Plus: Lots of excellent reviews on this particular service advisor: Miss. Audrie Gonzales. The over all amount I spent was: $1068.50. Now if everything continues to work good will be back again. Also had a multipoint inspection. The only thing I did not like: Is when I was attempting to pay and sign various documents with the cashier. The customer behind me was very gay butt close. He was a male Hispanic adult. Plus: The African American adult behind him was gay butt close. This is not a gay bar. The car dealership needs to place big signs : 17x17 inches that read: Please provide a one foot space cushion from you're self and the customer in front of you. They need to put this in big four inch red font. One inch thick. The motive and intent of the possibly gay male Hispanic adult is perhaps a gay fetish ? Or he wanted to steal something. Maybe they need to post a security guard as well as a posted sign. Every customer deserves their one foot space cushion. Do you want a gay man behind you're son or husband? The answer is no. Also if you are a women you don't need a man pressing his penis on you're butt. This very unprofessional. I hope this butt close behavior of aggressive gay men , getting gay butt close on all customers can be addressed . Maybe they need to place : Big yellow foot prints on the floor. To help remind the aggressive gay men to be nice and keep a one foot space cushion directly behind the customer in front of you. Over all. It did appear to be a good experience. Miss. Audrie Gonzalez, does appear to be not only beyond gorgeous and beautiful, with green emerald eyes, she does appear to be very caring and under standing. To include : Knowledgeable about cars. As a service advisor.

I bought a new Honda Accord yesterday and I am 100% satisfied from beginning to end if my experience. Everyone was nice, helpful and professional. I will definitely be back for my next car purchase and will be giving Rock Honda all my referrals.

The worst car buying experience of my life. Got a real deal and a better car somewhere else.

This place tab my credit without authorization. I've passed by it off the 210 plenty of times but have never set foot in this place. Called the finance department about it. Says he would call me back. No call and its been a month

Ripped Off

My car overheated at the dealer. No other choice but to leave it there for repairs. Service was poor, parts completely over priced. Here is the breakdown on cost.
