I just so happend to go in for a visit in late 2006 and was told about a bill from early 2005 that was never sent to me. It had been 1yr and 10 months and this "BILL" was not paid for and when I inquired why I was not made aware of this bill I was given attitude as if I was too cheap to pay it. Now imagine going to see your doctor and thinking his staff will make sure the bill is sent to your insurance company and almost 2yrs later you find out from one of their RUDE & unprofessional staff members that you owe a "BILL" that was never brought to your attention. To make matters worse I had tried to get into contact with the billing dept in late 2006 and had never recieved a respose. NO letters no phone calls no email regarding this bill. For the second time I recieved a phone now in december of 2007 letting me know about this "bill." One assistant told me that they had been sending me bills throughout the year and when I spoke with another assistant 2minutes later I was told that the only bill that was sent out to me was in early2005. So I was not only treated poorly but I was LIED to in order to make it seem as though they had given me proper notice of this bill. So if you like being treated rudely and like paying for bills from years prior then I highly recommend going to this office.
