This sprint office has the most unprofessional unethical people working there. I made a payment to this office back in June 2015 and up to this date the manager Doug has not been able to help me with my missing payment that never was posted to my account. I have been calling every week and the manager will not give me an answer. All I get from manager Doug is;

I will call you back. Which he never does

I will look into this.

Let me get with my general manager

The office is close I will call you back.

Now it has gotten to the point where he won't take the call. I even have a log on how many time I have called this office and nothing has been resolve. Now I need to take it a step further just becuase the people reception and mangers are not capable of doing their job and helping the customer that I want to do is make sure my payment went thru.

I didnt want my cousin to renew his contract and I want to block him from doing so but they said i cant so he went and renewed his contract with these..... ughs and they said the contract is down and there is nothing they can do about it he didint know my address he didnt know my pin the only thing he knew was my security question and because he went to school with me theses people let him renew it ugh I hate them with a passion now I have another two years with this contract I didnt WANT dont go with sprint there privacy and security SUCKS
