I ordered a el palacio steak and also showed him on the menu what I wanted. The el palacio steak is a ribeye steak topped with mushrooms and onions, and then smothered with cheese. When I went to pick it up, I didn't look to see if my order was correct. Finally I made it to my designation, got ready to warm up my food and that's when I realized that they had given me a steak mexicano. So I immediately called them and tried to explain to him (same guy that took my order) that it was wrong and before I could get it all out.......he said "we're close". I am a regular customer. I continued to try to explain and of course he hung up. I wasn't rude at all but never again. .......lost customer.
