Horn Chiropractic is run and owned by Forest City native, Dr. Adam Horn, who has a love for helping people improve their health and serving his community. Graduating from Sherman College with a Doctorate of Chiropractic, achieving the highest scores on Part I and II National Board Exam sections. Dr. Horn has returned to Forest City to serve the people of Rutherford County and surrounding areas. The focus of care at Horn Chiropractic is improving your health before pain or injury occur, as well as improving conditions of neck pain, back pain, headaches, and other conditions which may be present. Utilizing the most advanced chiropractic techniques, Dr. Horn has years of training, expertise and experience in helping patients achieve improved health, as well as relief of pain.
