I ordered from Russo's tonight for the first time.. I had heard mixed reviews and decided to try it for myself. We ordered for delivery, and only live right down the road. Our order ( a salad, slice of pizza and breadsticks with cheese) took over an hour to arrive. When it finally got here, the delivery driver handed us someone else's credit card slip and informed us that our order would be $32.00. We explained to him that we hadn't given credit card info over the phone so there was no way they could have a slip for us to sign, and also that it isn't possible for a small salad slice and breadsticks to cost $32.00.. After a 15 minute confusion he goes to his car and comes back saying he doesn't have a total for our order. We then had to pull up a menu online ourselves and add up what our order should be. By this time our order was cold and not appetizing. Very disappointed.
