I have been using Pro Group as my property managers for the past 7 years. They have been timely and professional, warning me in advance when repairs seem to be necessary. They have changed management in the past couple years from Cathy to Linda and still maintaining excellent service. I live in California and it is very important for me to have a company that is ethical, fair and diligent for landlords and tenants.

After a month with my house listed with progroup i am ready t fire them. Nothing has been taken care of in a timely manor, the house wasent listed until a week after they said it would be and i called and asked them about it. Then a sign wasent put in the yard until a week after they said they would, and i stopped by the office and again bugged them to do it. After a month there is still no picture of the house on the internet. They have not done one thing unless i keep bugging them to do it. I have left 3 phone messages with them and no call back, if i cant get a hold of them how is someone who is trying to buy my house going to?!
