This is where I would love to be able to tell you all about either the excellent or poor service provided by At Your Service Repairs. Unfortunately, I can tell you none of the above because AYS never showed up. Three times that day I was told they would be here between 2 and 5 p.m.. Nobody showed, nobody called, clearly nobody cares. I don't know how long this company has been in business, but I'd be very surprised to see they make it to the end of 2018. My mission for the next month will be to tell everybody I meet when a home repair subject comes up about how piss-poor the service was from AYS. It's really the only way that consumer has to get back for being treated so poorly. Someday I will dance on their business graves.

Very disappointing service. First, this company was the installation arm of a dishwasher that was purchased at Home Depot. We called them twice to extend the service to include the installation of a new sink (converted from a double to a single), a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. This was to avoid having multiple plumbing trips. We told them this needed to be done because we had new counter tops installed in the kitchen. They arrived only prepared to install the dishwasher and said they did not carry parts on their truck. What plumbing company doesn't carry parts on their truck? Consequently, nothing could be done. Not sure if the problem was with the customer service person taking the order but regardless a very unproductive experience especially since I had to drive an hour to meet them. Ugh

On July 11, 2016, a repair man named Mark Solers showed up at our place of business. He sat in his white van, rather than coming to the door which was open. He proceeded to call three times and we were helping patients so we were unable to answer the phone. I called back and was on hold for 1.5 hours. A supervisor named Stephanie answered the phone and proceeded to say that no one was parked on our parking pad (we walk to work), and no one would answer the phone (we were with patients). She then proceeded to tell me that he did come to the door and it was locked which was very bold for her to lie like that. After spending $500 for their service, all I have is a camera video of their installer sitting in the parking lot on his phone who clearly did not want to do the job or he would have come in.
