I ordered 2 overflow plates from this company on 10/9/15. I became suspicious when a week passed and I hadn't received the products or a tracking number. I attempted to log-in to my account to check the order status. The website didn't recognize my account information (which I know was correct). I called the customer service number and was sent to a voicemail that was full. I then sent an email and never got a response after 3 days. This is a terrible company and I hope that no one does any business with them. I'm glad that I paid with my credit card because I will definitely be disputing these charges. CROOKS!!!

On May 1st 2015 I placed an order on www.Plumbsource.net. This order was for a Pasco model number 5300XH shower valve socket set. According to Pasco (310-537-7782), (410-360-5010) they are a legitimate distributor.



Despite calling Plumbsource at 443-686-1297 and emailing them, I never once ever heard back from them. Only a shipping invoice was sent and nothing else. I had called Pasco and thankfully they were able to contact Plumbsource and send me this USA shower valve set. Fourteen days had passed and even with Pasco calling them they never contacted me.



I wouldn't ever recommend anyone purchase from this distributor. As luckily the manufacturer was able to get me the item as I doubt Plumbsource would have ever sent this to me and or who know's when this would ship out.

i place an order for 10 tub stopper, they only shipped 1, i can't get them on the phone and today is 10/4/14. i am talking to my lawyer for a law suit/fraud. this is my invoice number :2014-09-10474 and i have all the evidence. they are fake don't use them

Paid for products that have never arrived a week later. Can't contact the company because they don't answer their phones and voice mail is full. Emails are not returned.



We are working with our credit card company to disput this charge. Shame on Plumb Source!



Update: after two weeks of waiting, we received our products. We are returning them.

Wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering. There has been no follow up or shipping info provided since placeing the order 6 Days Ago. Must be a Scam

Ordered an airgap on 4/25. Plumbsource charged our card 4/25. As of 5/15, no product received, no call or e-mail about delayed shipment. Tried calling the phone number on the e-mail receipt and website, and I get a recorded message for a voicemail box that is full. I try calling two other times (different days) and same scenario. Try logging on to the account I created on their website. It does not recognize the e-mail address that I signed up with. I look up their company on the Better Business Bureau website, and I notice their are 10 complaints filed. I also notice a different phone number for Plumbsource on the BBB site: 877-382-4111. I call this number and get a recording, but I am able to leave a message after the beep, "Please call me at this number regarding this order# never received..." I receive no call back. I call my credit card company to have them reverse the Plumbsource charge to my card. Apparently, Plumbsource just credited me (the day I left the voicmail message) the sum they charged....yet still no notification via phone or e-mail regarding the status of the product or even notice of the money refund. I am very suspicious of this company and advise you to not purchase anything from this company. I suspect it may be a fraudulent company.

This is a scam. Do not purchase from this person. I have paid but never received my merchandise. I have sent multiple emails and tried to call ( but Voicemail is full). I wish I would have read the other comments before purchasing. Based on the other posts, this person should go to jail for stealing.



For the record, the owner of this business is John Wayne Baumgart per the public record filings in MD.

This place sucks. I placed an order online, they processed my payment (took my money) and I never received my order. They basically stole from me. How do these people sleep at night?

I gave this business a 1 star only because I had to give them something to have the ability to write a review, other than that, they would have not received that. I was ironic that I found the only other review as I have search the internet to confirm I had the correct phone number for this company seeing that I have called for 3 days straight and only heard an answering machine and no call back. Do Not Do Business wtih This Company. I called the manufacture that supplies the part I needed to see if I can delete the middle man. This is unacceptable!!!

This is a horrible company to do business with. I had placed an order nearly a month ago and have yet to hear anything about my order (a thank you, tracking #, etc.) Funds were pulled immediately from my account and I have yet to hear back from the company. When calling during business hours, you will only hear an answering machine....when trying to contact via email, you will never get a reply. Be weary and my advice is to stay away.
