i spent 6 weeks there.i fell very hard and fractured a lot of bones .the rehabbing was excellent. my 2 therapists pt banu izzy was great got me on my feet.on the ot side miss jessica puzzo was wonderfull with compassion and really good therapist skills its headed by miss lisa siegel and russ tavroff put togerher an excellent team 20gold stars. 1st floor my 7am nurses aide adama funny and very good aide special mention goes to my 3pm nurses aide miss jamaica sharon thomas could not do the 6 weeks without her very funny and in her eyes the patients come first/. social worker jackie jones excellent admissions lori terriffic and gordon shah hes mr. everything and funny so if you need rehab and nursing you cant go wrong with forest view in forest hills queens.i recommend it extremely high again i am example im on my feet again because of them.20 gold stars**********************p.s special mention goes to nurse lyons my 3pm nurse a true professional and my nurse mia who i love.shes great on 7am 1st floor
