I swear Larissa is god-sent. I spent about 4-5 months searching for a broker who would be willing to work with my program, I got rejected and patronized what felt like almost endlessly until Larissa returned my call one day. Since working with her , she has been by my side keeping me informed on everything and staying on top of her game when it came to her role. She constantly checked on the progress my program worker was making, and never failed to help me make sure all my paperwork was in order. This is the first apartment I’ve rented so she had the patience to deal with my lack of knowledge, and always gave me helpful advice on how to deal with this process. Words honestly cannot explain how grateful I am to have crossed paths with this woman, once again, Thank you so much Larissa. Highly recommend anyone to work with you any time !

Yelena (Helen) Makarova, 917 568 9645, is the nastiest and most unprofessional individual I have ever dealt with. She works based off of her emotion, and emotionally she is a miserable person, as is the work experience with her. She is money hungry and a fraud. Refuses to disclose required information and yells like a child with a temper tantrum when pressed for this information. DO NOT WORK WITH YELENA (HELEN) Makarova.

Kloreta was absolutely great without her we would not have a new home.

I recommend! Munis tashpulatov may seem a little shy in the beginning, but he definitely gets the job done. I contact Munis in one night, and the following day he was already showing me the apartment in the morning. Even though it was snowing, traffic was horrendous, he still kept his commitment of showing the apartment. He was polite and very helpful, answering all the questions my fiancée and I had for him. He also was patient enough to show us the apartment a few more times. We wanted other family members to see the place before we could decide, and he granted us the request. We were able to close the deal in less then 3 days. Once we submitted the application for the apartment everything was ready to be signed in one day time. He was kind, polite, patient and able to answer of our requests. But above all, we were able to close the deal and sign the lease very fast, guaranteeing the apartment would be ours. As I said before, I recommend.

Having living in NYC for almost 10 years, I've dealt with dozens of real estate agents. Munis tashpulatov stands out as the best in several respects. First and most importantly, I was blown away by the apartments. Both apartments he showed us were clean, quiet, well laid-out, and extremely reasonably priced. Never at any point did I feel pressured to sign a lease. . . but I wanted to sign one as soon as I walked in to the first apartment. Second, although he's clearly a busy guy, Munis was generous with his time. I never felt rushed, and I had plenty of time to check out each apartment in detail. Third, although the application process is extreme, Munis made it as painless for us as possible. He clearly explained what information and forms were necessary, and he was readily available to answer questions via e-mail, phone, and text. I highly recommend Munis for anyone who's trying to find an apartment in Queens.

Great Broker. Recommend to anyone. A friend and I just signed our first apartment with Munis. We had great communication with him from the start. He met us at a time that was most convenient for us.
