I called Pinilla Productions for a quote for my wedding and all I received was a rude and awful person answer the telephone. I was told that I was trying to call aroiund to get the best price for a disc jockey. Of course I have to weigh my options. But to answer the phone so rudely and angry that I could not believe that this was a business I called. I don't have no idea how this company can actually advertise when they should be having a going out of business sale. There has been a few complaints about this company and I believe a company should be polite and treat a customer with respect for whatever reason they arre calling their establishment.

I booked them for my wedding, after hearing the whole song and dance from they. They are very pushy and rude to you. I told them i didn't want to use them and i wrote to them in writting and by phone for my deposite back and they refused, i gave them over 8 months notice. Well long story short, They showed to my wedding late, I had a italian / american wedding, and they sent 2 spanish speaking guys who couldn't really speak english. i contacted my lawyer and i plan on taking this company to court. They are the worst company out there. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.
