Worst experience with lady (julia) who makes the appointment. She is so rude. I was in shock how rude she was. I am never going to this place again. Worst experience ever. Such a waste of my time. She should be fired. I cannot believe someone like that is still working there.

really zero..I had a groupon and called to make an appointment. Some lady with horrible english I could barely understand made an appointment for today. She did not give the right directions and I was lost in forest hills trying to find the address. I walked three blocks the wrong way but called their office. Now if this guy is a professional and he had an appointment he didnt pick up the phone two times I called. He has some nerve to waste my time like this. I finally left. I intend to get a refund on this scam.. no address.. no cancelleation if that was what he did no answering of phone when I am lost looking for the place,, disgusting
