I called a Tuesday morning for an appointment, and was scheduled the next day at 6:30 pm for an appointment - I thought this was perfect that they had evening hours. I was told to go to the 3rd floor when making my appointment, I got there and the stairs and elevator were blocked and "broken" with signs hanging. So I went into the office on the 1st floor and that was the office I had spoken to? I proceeded to tell the receptionist I had a 6:30 appt, and my name and a guy next to her asked who I spoke to. The man then picked up his phone and realized that I had spoken to him the day before and he told me to come in. He then asked if I wanted a physical and that the "Doctor" had been asked to leave to go to the hospital earlier that day!! I left work early and had to explain myself as to who I spoke to. What kind of "family practice" doesn't have a Doctor in the office when patients are coming in to see a Doctor? And who doesn't call their patients to reschedule if their only one Doctor is for whatever reason not there? Neadless to say I left. The office was extremely disorganized- there was folders and filing cabinets everywhere. They asked me to have a physical and paperwork done and to come back Thursday when the doctor was going to be in. SUCH a waste of my time.
