I settled for orange hair at $270 when I asked for blonde. They convinced me that it was because my hair was so black that orange was the best they could do. Today I got my roots and a bit more done for excellent blonde for $27 at a small salon. YOU WILL NOT GET THE SERVICE YOU REQUEST.



Check salons in Flushing on Main Street and Rego Park that are much cheaper.



They were not willing to give me even a dollar back after I went back and raised hell about over charging me. I dealt through the NYPD after the supervisor promised no compromises.
