Any time I need a tow I call Dans towing. Every time they are fast and friendly. They have saved me from highway patrol impounding my car off the interstate.by advising me to call, I had no idea. The drivers are so helpful. I love the good service from Dans. Thank you guys. Be safe!

Dans towing came to my rescue early Friday morning to pull my truck out of the ditch. The driver was very caring and a expert in his field. Thank you DANS TOWING Mark

Dear Dans Towing Recently my truck broke down and I needed it towed.I originally called my insurance road side assistance and they said they were sending a truck out and it would be 45 minutes. That time passed, and then they said 20-30 minutes tops. Then that time passed. When I called back, they said they couldn't find me and went on to the next call.As you can imagine, I was frustrated. I then called Dan's Towing. When I called, the guy on the phone was very nice and really seemed concerned for his customers. He told me he would be where I was within 30 minutes, and he was. When he got there, his truck was nice and warm ( since sitting in my truck for 2.5 hours I was getting cold). On the way to the auto shop, the driver was incredibly nice, sweet, and professional. I wasn't as frustrated when he dropped my truck off. The driver of the truck was jake ( who I also found out was the one who answered the phone as well). I just want to let you know you have a great and caring driver working for you and I appreciated everything he did for me. Thank you very much! Kelle

To all of the ones that thinks Dans Towing are crooks - maybe you should think twice about hitting the road and getting DWIs or rolling your vehicle over in an accident - These guys risk their lives to tow and recover your vehicles after events like an accident or a DWI and should charge for it as they are putting their lives at risk when doing so - maybe instead of making nasty accusations you should rather thank them for helping you in your time of need or call them before you drive home drunk - either way this is a service and you should be charge for it

After paying $501 just to collect my belonging not even retrieve my car, I found someone had stolen my belongings including my diabetic supplies. When I talked to them about it, they simply said they know nothing about it. So, after paying $501 I walked away with nothing including my car. And to think the police are the ones who called them.

This place exists to extract every dollar they can get from people at their most vulnerable time. They trump up the bill with all kinds of bogus charges such as the "winch fee" and the "hookup fee", etc. Then you had better come and get your vehicle asap because the storage fees will start immediately and add up quickly. If you question the bill (you had better not) more "fees" will be added on. I don't see how anyone could give this place a good rating.

After my parents were in a car accident Dan's towing came to get their car. The very next day when my father went to get his car, they wanted $459!!!! This is unheard of. Especially since Dan's towing was only six miles from the scene of the accident. I would NEVER recommend these guys - they are a total rip-off!

This place is a bunch of thugs, armed with a City Contract. I have never known a towing company to add a 150$ emergency fee on top of a 80$ towing fee. Plus the 35$ storage fee added on at midnight every night. (Even if the vehicle arrived at 10 PM). I would never use Dan's Towing in Forest Lake MN, if I have a choice in the matter. Dan's Towings' unethical business practices show me what type of shady people they are!
