The purpose in using EBS was to save me/my business time and effort in writing/creating the material. One of the reasons I chose them was because they stated they have "professional" writers and ad creators who develop high quality material. I didn't receive high quality service or materials. Unfortunately, I had to spending a significant amount of time and effort editing and re-writing the proofs that were given to me over and over again. I ended up writing over half of the material myself and sending to the writer to place into the marketing materials. The text written by the writer was had grammatical, punctuation and spelling errors. I would not recommend them unless you want non-creative, non-"selling" marketing materials. Despite my complaints I still ended up paying EBS the full amount. I would suggest that they re-assess their personnel, services and quality.
