Ordered a part for my Jeep. After 6 days of waiting for it to ship, I contacted them and they didn't even have the part. They ordered it from Mopar and weren't even expecting it to them for another few days. That combined with ground shipping put delivery of the item at over two weeks from ordering. Unacceptable practice of selling items they don't even have. No communication on the delays. They were rude when I contacted them about it. DO NOT order from these guys. Pay an extra $2-7 and get it from someone else and you'll have it 48-72 hours later. I hate unprofessionalism. I'm sure you do too!
