Provided by YP.comI recently started bringing my kids to the Forest Park location sometime last year and i really enjoyed it. The environment is clean, well organized, and very professional. The staff is very friendly and helpful! This was a great transition with my kids compared to the place i was taking them before and it was easy to adjust thanks to the staff. As a parent, They made me feel comfortable as well! I especially appreciate Ms. Angie at the front desk because i was late to an appointment but she was able to get my newborn seen same day even though her appointment could have been cancelled. She was very professional and nice. This same day i locked my keys in my car, i was outside trying to get my keys out with my 3 younger children and she called for her husband to come help out. I was so appreciative because without him or her calling for him, i am not sure how i would have gotten into my car! It may seem small to some but i am so grateful for people like Ms. Angie because she was on the outside looking in yet she choose to help. She did not Have to do this which made me appreciate the pediatric center more. Now all i can think about is how i can repay her because words can't explain how thankful i am for her making this one simple call.

Provided by YP.comThe office in Carrollton is the absolute worst! Every time I take my son here the wait gets longer. His last well check there was 1 other child in the waiting room and 1 in a private room. We waited 45 minutes in the waiting room (which is EXTREMELY hot due to the huge windows on the front of the building and the AC being turned up high) and then another hour in a private room. Just to see a nurse practioner who obviously doesn't know much about young children. When I expressed concern about my son not sleeping all night at 9 months old he shrugged his shoulders and said "well just let him cry". Um, no! The receptionist at this location is BEYOND unfriendly. Every time I go in she is having personal conversations at the front desk with people who are not even patients! And of course she's ignoring the actual patients during these conversations and heaven forbid you approach her and ask for your paperwork to sign in. She gets an attitude about everything and is super rude on the phone too. Good luck making an appointment on the phone! Be prepared to be on hold for 30+ minutes and you can't even get in touch directly with the Carrollton office, you have to wait 30 minutes on hold and then another 10 to be transferred.
It's a shame the receptionist and nurse practioner are so horrible, because Dr. Abby is so friendly and a great doctor. Unfortunately I just can't continue to put up with all of the other problems at this office in order to see her.

Provided by YP.comThis place is the worst. The staff's attitude is the worst and they are lazy. I provided them with my daughter's medical release two weeks ago, only to come here today and my daughter's records are not here. They requested for ME to contact my child's old physician, as task they were to do TWO weeks ago. Their attitudes are as if I am the one that has not provided the information despite them having the original signed document dates. I have been here OVER two hours and the only thing that has been done so far is my child weigh her and check her eyes. This place is the worst ever. I swear. Do not bring your child here.

Provided by YPmobileMy younger children and I visited daffodil pediatrics on Saturday. Dr Scott was very friendly and knowledgeable as usual. She was my daughter's pediatrician at life cycle. So when when I heard of her move I up routed my children to the practice where she worked. Once we arrived in the back we saw Alex's voice and she greeted us and hugged my daughter . She also worked at life cycle, she was the only staff member that my baby just was drawn to. My daughter followed her around the office holding on to her legs. Dr Scott is the only doctor my kids has ever had that does return calls the same day. She is very patient with the children and breaks down any confusion when it comes to your children.

Provided by YPmobileThis is the WORST doctors office to go to. Since my child has been going there they have had 3-4 different sets of staff. Very rude "nurse practitioner" that apparently is now the only one available to see my child, no doctor here?! Real rude when I asked where the doctor is, wait time is HORRIBLE! I sat in this office 4-5 hours at a time. Do NOT recommend visiting or even considering them as your provider!
