I love this place been coming here for almost 40 years. Food is always good and they give large serving. The staff and owners are great. Love Paul,Jennifer and Albert always friendly and know my family by name

This restaurant is amazing! It has been opened for a very long time. I love this restaurant so much that my husband treats me to Golden Gate on my birthday each year. The service is impeccable. Pot stickers, Mongolian beef, and chicken with cashew nuts are just a few of my favorite. I am not affiliated with any dining establishment! I am a true customer!

I ordered orange chicken, which I love from Panda Express but was too far to drive to. So, I decided to give this place a chance. All I can say is that it was terrible! Even the steamed rice that I ordered wasn't good. On top of all that, the place is expensive. I usually pay $7 for 2 entrees and steamed rice at Panda Express. However, for 1 entree and steam rice this place charged me $10! Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

Golden Gate, also known as Golden Gate Chinese BBQ, is a hidden gem. At first glance, it seems shabby or somewhat unauthentic, perhaps because of it's unconvincing title, but is really quite a delicious place to eat. True, it is Americanized Chinese food, but this is atypical, and something I find very comforting and enjoyable. For me, it gives rise to a certain nostalgia, and eases my frequent cravings for Chinese. All employees are Chinese, very friendly, and speak English fluently. The food is always brought out fresh and warm and in plentiful portions, in very little time as well. The meats are tender, the vegetables crisp and in perfect medly, and sauces delightfully soy saucey! The place is never crowded which means its quiet and peaceful; great for the family and easy on the wallet.
