What the other reviewer did NOT tell you is that the call was made TWO YEARS after being notified by email that all our accounts were sold to ANOTHER COMPANY. That email also gave information on who to call or email for assistance. That individual called for help TWO YEARS after the last payment on the account in question. Let me ask this: how many of you folks work for free?

Do not use this business, they are rude and not helpful at all. In fact when I inquired about a problem with an email account, I was told it was not his responsibility and he actually hung up on me.
