Intercon is a manufacturer of interconnect systems and electro-mechanical subassemblies. Established in 1987 as Knight and Counts, the company began developing partnerships with customers through the implementation of the total quality principals. Since that time, the company changed its name to Intercon and received ISO 9002 certification in 1998 and re-certification to the ISO 9001:2000 standard in 2003. The company s capabilities include discrete wire harnessing, radio frequency cable assembly, jacketed cable assembly, fiber optic cable assembly and connector over-molding. It also provides a variety of engineering services and customer services. Intercon maintains its corporate headquarters in Forest, Va.
