Best Italian food in the area.

Went here for Easter Buffet and it was a huge disappointment. Took 80 year old parents and other family members that drove over 2 hours to get there. We were seated at 5:20 and told to enjoy our dinner buffet. When our party of 8 went to the buffet, there wasn't even enough dried out, cold food to feed all of us. When we inquired about the food being replenished, we were told this was all there was, yet they were advertising dinner till 7 pm. When we asked to see the manager, we were told they are too busy (yet we were the only table in one room and 18 people in the other room). Some of the family got to eat the scraps that were left while the rest had a half dish of salad (lettuce,onion and olives) so there was enough for the family, bread and butter, and one person got the last 4 tablespoons of soup. The price for this extravagant feast was $18.95 per person. After complaining and denied to see the manager, we were told we would only be charged half price. So, we were charged $9.50 for a few pieces of lettuce and a slice of bread and butter. Worst dining experience ever! I would not recommend this place to anyone! Had they told people when they were seated and ordered the buffet that there was only a few tablespoons of cold, dry food left, we would have had the option of going elsewhere. I wouldn't even rate this place as 1 star, but you can't comment unless you do.
