took the sup 101 clinic, with my 13 year old daughter. what a great group of folks. They were patient, gave us and especially me a lot of personal attention. Unlike, other stand up paddle board classes, where they show you a few ways to paddle then leave you on your own. John my instructor, spent time going over all the strokes, different turns and self rescue. We then took a really nice tour of the Russian river. swam and had fresh fruit snacks. A nice way to spend time having fun with my daughter and learned a skill.
