Do NOT use this business! I'm sure that there are many more reputable companies in the St. Louis area to rent from.



Their product was defective in 2 different ways, with rips at the seams (which Blaine told me he apologizes for, but they don't inspect the equipment when in comes back in... REALLY?) Also, the blower motor blew out within 20 minutes of first staring up.



I called their EMERGENCY #.... they text me back EIGHT hours later, telling me I could go pick another one up... An hour drive away, and our event was over.



In the three weeks since, they have refused to return my calls or refund my money. Even though, in our only conversation, I was told how much they CARE... Care about money, not clients.



BOOOO to you Saturn Amusement!



Now it seems I will have to file a suit, which leaves me out more money. They WILL be paying more in the end... Which just proves again, what horrible business practices they have!
