Went to visit dr sergeant for aching shoulder. Took an xray and said what I didn't have. No severe arthritis, etc. Handed me a generic shoulder exercise sheet with no follow up. I felt like he was far more interested in his young female staff than he was me. I called several times to pick up my xrays and couldn't get anyone to answer. I finally did and when I went to pick up my xrays, they changed me $10.00. I had also gone to the office in Brielle for a problem I was having with my hand. I found dr. Kat to be a good doctor, however, once again, the staff was so busy talking to each other, they member billed my insurance company. I spent over an hour lb 3 different days trying to fix this. I will member again usr Brielle Ortho and I wouldn't recommend it.
