Is there a "no star" ? I mean I am really disappointed. On the advice of a friend of my wife, a gentleman from this firm came out and quoted decorating our house for Christmas. It was agreed he would come out during the weekend but after he didn't show up he explained he couldn't because of the rain. Fine. Didn't show up until 5 days later. My wife wrote a note asking for a discount or an accomodation given the lights wouldn't be up the amount of time we were hoping. This I gave to man 30 minutes after he showed up. Him and his crew had already strung a bunch of lights on the trees and house. He seemed really annoyed saying that : I'm not going to make a cent on this job the way it is. And... I came all the way from Forney. I said, fine, just asking. I have the check inside when you're done. And oh, I have some extra extension cords for you if you need them. So, I go back inside and notice around noon the gentleman and his crew were gone. No lights, no nothing. I don't know what we did to upset him enough to just abandon the project but I find this really strange if not just totally unacceptable.
