Had an issue with a maytag dryer purchased from lowes and lowes warranty department told me of an appointment date almost a week later. I called Midstate and spoke to the lady up front and she worked me in the next day. They came out and had to order the part. It took under a week for the part to come in and they called me back to schedule an appointment to replace the parts. They came out on a Sat and the technician was within the time said and took him 15 minutes to replace the parts and he was on his way. No problems with this company on my experience.

Lowes is really getting burnt on letting mid state appliance do work for them. These people are scary rude and the tech who showed up didn't have a clue about appliances he actually had to ask me if I could show him how to fix the problem and I noticed that he had a very strong odor of pot so I guess they will basically hire anyone Goodluck Lowes.

Likely the worst service company I have ever dealt with. Took them 3 different visits to diagnose the issue with our dishwasher, and another one to install the part. The repair technician was borderline rude and acted 100% disinterested in our problem. He wanted to be anywhere else but at our home helping us.



Would go WAY out of my way to use anyone but these guys. If I were you, I would too.

Terrible service. They were very difficult as far as scheduling. I purchased a fridge through Lowes and it needed repair. Apparently Mid-State does the warranty repairs for them. They called to schedule an appointment and the tech gave me 15 minutes notice to get home from work (20-30 min drive). He confirmed the issue and then ordered the part. Did I mention this was in late October/early November? He said he had to order the part. The called the third week of November saying the part was in. An appointment was made, but I had to cancel it due to having the flu. I told the tech that it could be done later that week because my boyfriend would be available. No response. I was wanting the ice maker to be fixed before family came into town for Thanksgiving. Nothing.. The scheduled an appointment for December 15 3-6pm. They never called or showed up. They then re-scheduled saying I didn't answer my phone when I didn't have a missed call, for December 17, 3-6 pm. I stressed to them that it needed to be closer to the 6 pm time slot because I was at work and we are wrapping things up for end of year. He called at 2:45 wanting to come fix the fridge. I told him that I couldn't leave work. He said that I needed to get in touch with the office to reschedule. I was beyond aggravated at this point. I told him that it would have to be after the first of the year because of holidays if he couldn't make it out today. I then spoke with my boss and she said go. I tried calling the tech 6 different times to tell him I could make it work. No answer. I called the office and they had the same issue. They then called and said that he would be out and would call on his way. Now after a HUGE headache later, I now have a fully functioning fridge.. or so I hope.
