I went to top nails in Forsyth yesterday, and I when I walked through the door I was not greeted by anyone in the store. I had to walk up to one of the workers in the store and ask to be assisted, I was pointed to a chair and told to wait, a older woman came over and sat down and started to do my nails. She didn't ask what I wanted, luckily for her I came in for a full set. I was at Top nails for well over a hour and a half, and when I left my nails looked like crap. They were all crooked , so I brought it to her attention and she took me to allow her to finish, she said that I had not given her time to fix it. I allowed her to finish and before she started to paint them with a clear coat, I told her again that they were still crooked and she just started yelling telling me that they weren't. I just looked at her because 4 of my ten nails looked somewhat square the others had lumps and everything else. I just got up and I was leaving on my way out the door the owner I stopped and told another worker that I would not be back and she tried to fix the nails. The nails are very short, they are not even half an inch, and I usually wear them longer and I paid for them to be painted and guess what, they have no paint at all. But to Top it all, I have seven cuts on my fingers from where I was cut multiple times, with the tools. As I was telling the lady who fixed my nails that I wasn't happy with the service that I received, I found out during our conversation that she was the owner. She didn't apologize for her staffs behavior, she didn't offer to paint my nails, she just filled them with a nail filler and walked back to her seat and put her head phones back in.
