The store manager was nice but the Asian man with shoulder length hair was not. He treated my son like he was stupid. I didn't appreciate this at all and will be turning him into his manager.

I had high hopes and expectations when I visited this spa a while ago. First, the nail technicians and esthetician is not very friendly or inviting people. The manager is also uninformative and cold. My experience consisted of me being cheated out of my time and money while the nail technician gave me quick foot wash while she joked with her friends, clipped an few nails, threw some oil on my feet and was done. This poorly delivered pedicure should have taken 20 minutes instead; I was there for two hours, waiting for her to finish her conversation. My polish came off the next day, I was able to remove dry cuticles with my hands from my toes and to add insult to injury, I had to sit there all that time and watch the woman next to me get star treatment with foot massages and a scrub up to her knees. I asked the woman next to me, who was also getting the same service, if she was getting a "spa pedicure" (which cost more) and she said no, that she getting the basic pedicure. I paid for these services and even tipped the girl, hoping that she will realize that she cheated me out of my money and will hopefully discontinue stealing time and money from others. The esthetician was not inviting she gave off the impression that she did not need any new clients, as I inquired about the services she does. She made no eye contact or possessed any business etiquette when dealing with a potential client or customer. This Spa will need to implement serious training on customer service and business etiquette to maintain success. The only person that I have encountered that cared for the spa and their customers is the regular receptionist. I sincerely appreciated her attitude. I have taken my business elsewhere.
