I've been ordering from them for over a year now, in the beginning things were slow, and mistakes were made, but the company has always gone above and beyond in correcting any issues I have had, they have replaced and sent me shirts no questions asked... great company great customer service. The shirts may seem expensive, but the quality and the lifetime warranty more than makeup for it. We have also had some shirts custom made for our unit... awesome service and turnaround.

I love Grunt Style! I've ordered from their website twice now and each time the shipping has been very quick. I ordered Monday night and had my shirts that Friday at noon! The quality of their shirts is just amazing. So soft and comfortable. I really wasn't expecting them to be THAT nice, but they really are awesome! If you're on the fence about ordering from Grunt Style, just do it, they do not disappoint!

Best clothing on the planet, these guys are amazing. Hands down. And they have SUCH a great product. I LOVE my shirts from them! I can't wait to get more!

Grunt Style is a Veteran owner and opertated company. They are very professional in every aspect of there company. I have ordered many items from Grunt Style. It's the only clothes I wear. Recently they sent me the wrong shirt. The service and apology I got from them was the best I have ever recieved. They told me to keep the shirt they sent me and are sending me the correct shirt. This company takes pride in what they do and how they conduct them selves. Customer service is 100% awesome and very responsive to emails and phone calls. Within 24 hours you will have your issue resolved.

I've order from this site before and have gotten my order shipped and recieved. Now that it being 2016, I have ordered 2 shirt in August and it is now September. I am a combat vet myself, I'd expect more from a veteran operated company. You at Gruntstyle give veteran a bad name. I'd like a refund or my order shipped as emailed. I'd UCMJ your company if I could.

Good luck. There customer service lies to customers. Emails you to tell you the products will ship 24-48 hrs that's a lie too. This company is giving vets a bad name. Apparently lies are ok with vets

Horrible company , do not use , never recieved refund and it's over a year later , these people give veterans a bad name and are a total fraud , products are of poor quality also , would give negative rating if I could

This place is a Scam!!! Don't use you'll lose $$$. Ordered 2 shirts got one. No one returns email, phone calls or messages. Don't use !!!!

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!!!! They give veteran owned companies a bad name.
I ordered 3 shirts on December 5, 2014 and at that time they confirmed all shirts were in-stock to be shipped. The payment went through right away and then they charged my credit card a second time. I called waited on hold for over 45 minutes and then spoke to Anthony who said it was their web-sites fault and they have no control. At that time I also checked on my order and they explained that they were behind in shipping but guaranteed that I would receive my order before Christmas. STILL NO SHIRTS!!!!!

I ordered back in October with a guarantee shipping for Christmas. Called them on 11/30 they had not been shipped yet. I paid extra for them because I wanted them on hoodies. However, 12/21 called them and they told me that they have no idea when they will be shipped.

Sad because the products look good but service I think anyone could have made them faster than they did or didn't as it were.

Wish I could give them zero stars. They take your money and never ship. Customer service is horrible and to make it worse, they just do t care. Stay away from them.

This company is terrible. I ordered a hoodie for my dad for christmas, I never got an email to inform me of when it will be delivered aND when I called them they insured me that I will get it before Christmas they are just behind in orders. 3 days before Christmas eve I called complaining that I still haven't received my package they stated that my order was cancelled and out of stock. I asked for a refund. 2 weeks later I have not received my refund yet and have got a notice from my bank for fraud charges on my account. I'm assuming they used my card number to purchase things on my account considering that was the only place online that I ordered from other than amazon.com. these people are terrible, especially for supposibly being a veteran company. Do not purchasing from them!

I ordered 3 items, 3 weeks ago. I have emailed customer support, multiple times, with absolutely no response. As a disGRUNTled veteran, I always try to support veteran owned companies. But, this is getting ridiculous. Unless I hear from them within the next 24 hours, I will contact the company to demand a full refund.

My order came in and shirts were not right size. I sent them back per their instructions and they have not exchanged or refunded and it has been Since January of this year. that is nearly 8 months. I get tossed around in customer service and emails go ignored. These guys just don't seem to care.

My order arrived much later than I expected. That bring said...they have a great product. My boyfriend loves his t-shirt. The employee I talked to when I called to find out the status of my order was helpful and professional. I would definitely order again!

I ordered a shirt from them last Wednesday and received my order today (Saturday). Fast shipping and the shirt looks great. Website was pretty easy to use too.

I ordered my husband a sweatshirt on 12/9/14. They guaranteed it by Christmas but understandably got behind. They sent me a $25 gift card for the inconvenience. It is now 1/19/15 and they still cannot give me any details on when I will get my order. I appreciate the $25 gift card but would rather have had some sort of explanation on when I would be able to receive an item I paid for over a month ago instead of them telling me they ran out of materials and do not know when they will get them in. In the meantime though, they are still continuing to sell this same sweatshirt to people and taking their money without informing them that they actually do not have them or the material to even make them.

Same thing... Something is going on over there. They need to hire more people. Their cloths fit GREAT - Awesome stuff. IF YOU CAN EVER GET IT SHIPPED TO YOUR HOME????!!!! Waited over 2 months and got the run around time and time again. I dont blame the Vets I blame the man in charge.

I ordered 4 shirts for my husband on 11/23/14 for christmas. I was told in email and over the phone that my shirts would be guaranteed delivery by 12/24 and they would over night them to me for no additional cost. When I called christmas eve i was told 2 of my 4 shirts hadnt been manufactured yet and they had no idea when my items would be shipped. Finally on 12/29 I cancelled my ordered. And I'm still waiting my my money to refunded back to my card. This was very disappointing, my husband specifically picked out the shirts he wanted and never got them.

Horrible customer service. still waiting over a month and still no order. this company's customer service is the pits. You don't tell customer after a month of waiting that hopefully one more week your order may ship but no promises. This is ridiculous. These are T shirts not some high classified military artillery here. I will never order from them again. They also stated they sent over coupons for the inconvenience never got them either. This company better get it together or they wont last..... NEVER AGAIN. will I place a order again.
