Gibson Southern High School operates under South Gibson School Corporation and provides educational programs to students in grades nine through 12. Its curriculum includes English, science, personal finance and business, mathematics, social studies, industrial arts and agriculture. In addition, it also provides driver education, human development classes, computer application, health and nutrition classes and foreign language that include Spanish and French. It offers extracurricular activities, including academic spell bowl, marching band, theater, club, chorus, music theory, arts and physical education. It provides sports, such as baseball, basketball, soccer, tennis, wrestling, track, softball, volleyball, swimming, cross-country and cheerleading. Gibson Southern High School is located in Fort Branch, Ind.
