I went in for low lights and high lights and left five hour later looking like a leopard and skunk had mated! They took chunks out of the back and it was spotted all over! I had streaks of green and grey mixed in as-well. And that was after the second try. I wasn't offered any kind of refund or discount! While I was there they chopped off another boys hair and he left and wasn't charged. I hesitantly went to get it fixed and wound up having to go to Walmart, the ladies there did the best they could do to fix it without completely killing my hair and still I have to wait a few weeks and go back for them to finish fixing it. While I was there there was another woman who was having to get hers fixed too, because the same place in the px messed hers up too. And as they are working on me, they told me of four other woman who had come there to get theirs fixed! Including a poor woman who had oozing sores on her scalp and had to have her hair cut from her tailbone all the way to above her ears, with less than a week before her wedding because they had messed it up so much and had melted her hair to her scalp! I wouldn't advise anyone to allow ANYONE that works there to touch their hair at all!!! It will be a very costly mistake! The only reason I have one star is because this site requires me to put at least one in order to warn people who are looking for a place to get their hair done!
