The staff was very nice and the property was well maintained

I was nervous staying at a motel, but this one was a great deal. I especially loved the wood floors in the room! Would definitely stay again!

The receptionists are very helpful, Chris, Steve etc. They keep the guest house clean, and help guests in every possible way. I really enjoy the experience with this affordable and friendly hotel. At first, I was afraid that I overbooked the room, since I clicked the confirm button many times when I did the online booking as it didn't seem to work. Guess what, Mr. Berry, the owner, such a busy person,emailed me himself to assure me that there won't be repetitive bookings and charges to me. Upon arrival, Chris gave me a most convenient room on the first floor to save me the trouble to carry those heavy baggage of mine.

Pleasantly surprised, much better than expected!

It's hard to find hotels in Fort Collins for under $160 a night. This place is a good choice, it's clean and only 30 min walk to town. The breakfast was good and the staff helped a lot. And they are dog friendly

Stayed here when daughter was graduating from CSU. Adequate for a nights stay. Plenty of food/grocery opportunities close-by.

Comfy bed, and comfy room!

Bed was most comfortable, quietest room in 3 nights travel.

Stayed 5 nights here. The room was clean. The carpet could use replacement. You get what you pay for. The location was good and in very short walking distance to a gas station and laundromat. There's a large King Soopers grocery store just across the street as well as other shops and places to eat. Not far from the old town area. Good routes to run or cycle from here. The Horsetooth reservoir is also very close

We booked this hotel during a long camping trip in the Fort Collins area, planning to use it to shower only, and wound up staying the night. The room that we had was small, but comfortable and clean, and the manager went above and beyond to make sure that our expectations were met/exceeded during our stay. Also, the hotel was in a great location, close to Old Town and it had a grocery store right across the street.

I walked in and was greeted by a friendly staff member. He explained everything and thanked me for my stay. The room was cozy and clean. The bed was comfortable. Wished I had a coffee maker but was pleased with my experience.

I'm giving 5 stars because based on the price, $50 our expectations were very low. However, the place was clean, everything worked and it felt safe. There was nothing wrong with it and for the price that was very cool.

All I can say is this place was GREAT for us. So glad we stayed here and not at the Motel 6 which is more expensive and a lot less appealing. It's maybe a mile or 2 from Old Town. The first thing I did upon checking in was to look for evidence of bedbugs and found nothing. Very nice bed. It not the Ritz Carlton but for a little over 40 bucks I was thrilled.

Nice little mini-fridge and and ironing board. I assume you can borrow an iron if you need one. The housekeeping staff were very nice and attentive.
