Excellent and caring service

In July 2014 I visited Dr. Anderson with a bunion on my left foot and neuropathy in both feet. Dr. Anderson told me he could treat the neuropathy using decompression surgery on the nerves in my legs. My first surgery for the bunion and my left leg was on July 2nd. Dr. Anderson did an excellent job and I recovered quickly. Three weeks later he operated on the nerves in my right leg. I was thrilled to have relief in both feet as a result of the surgery. This decompression surgery is only available from Dr. Anderson in this region. If you are looking for relief from neuropathy and an excellent experienced surgeon, see Dr. James Anderson.Cherie Lyons

loved the doctors and staff

I came in with generally bad feet and a lot of pain. Dr Anderson was very knowledgeable, informative, patient and helpful in informing me of my treatment options. The staff in the clinic and surgery center both were friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend this office!

Just Plain Wrong

DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR SURGERY!One of the most frustrating experiences. Billing with this place was a nightmare. We had insurance which covered most of the sugery but were required to pay up-front. Some of the claim from the surgery was never submitted to insurance thus messing up our deductable and other medical bills. The billing area was rude and unhelpful. After numerous phone calls to the insurance company and Dr. Anderson's office it was finally fixed and a reimbursement was given back to us almost 4 months later. Recieved bills from 3 different parts of the office which also added to the confusion. The sugery center, the Dr's. office and the anethesiolgist.Aside from that. Appointment times are never kept and the office is always "running behind". The standard amount of time for a visit was 2 hours. I am sure Dr. Anderson tries his best and he seems like a good surgeon but this place is a total mess. Pass it up and visit a professional.
