We own a large older home with a shake shingle roof that was damaged in the August 2013 hail storm in northern Colorado. Steve Arends and his team guided us through the maze of red tape to insure our claim was handled fairly. Steve explained the many nuances of estimating damage to shakes and was detailed in what would be required to replace them with tile. He knows his stuff! Assurance roofing treated us very well. They were prompt on responding to our "request for quote" and confirmed appointment time. Steve Arends was thorough in his evaluation of damages and made recommendations on improving our roof ventilation/quality of shingles. There were additional services performed that we didn't think of or unaware and much appreciated those. This was the first time my wife and I went through replacing a roof. All of my coworkers and everyone I talked to kept telling me to get ready for headaches and that I was going to pray that I never had to replace my roof again. Well, now it is done and over with and I am still wondering when the "headaches" are going to come. Steve and Nick were always professional and continually kept me "in the know" about what was going on with my roof. They worked with my ins. co. so I didnt have to. Completely painless!

Assurance Roofing was recommended by several neighbors after the major hail storm we had in June. The project manager was actually the son of one of the neighbors, and a young college student at CSU. Steve and Mike made every effort to clarify the process and the timing of the repairs, and the job was done quickly and professionally. The only thing I wish was that their custom crew had been as available as the roofing crew, in order to keep all the repairs at one company. Hearing that the custom crew (painting, repairs etc) was not available until next spring necessitated going to another company

Assurance Roofing was always in touch with schedule, they had a great crew working that were well mannered and did a great job cleaning up.

I'm so pleased with the service I received from Assurance Roofing. They were quick and efficient through out the whole process. They even squeezed my house in because I'm having a baby and wanted it done before the due date. They replaced my whole roof and I couldn't be happier.
