Took my pickup in to get a standard wash. I watched the vacuuming guy smash the vacuum hose in the door and now the top of the door is bent and leaks. Their management denied all responsibility. I will never do business with them again.

I went into the wash with no idea of what I wanted to have done because of no prior knowledge of the services provided. The cashier was extremely knowledgeable about the services, the staff was unbelievably kind to some of the rudest customers, and my car came out spotless. While there customers complained about some of the smallest detail and the staff not only fixed it without question but also credited that customer a wash for another occasion. I recommend Casey's to all my friends and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality work and quality people.

What a terrible experience! My car was detailed poorly. The sealant to my windshield was town out in the process. The management said that they would fix the issue and then the owner literally told me to sue them. The experience cost me time, money and was handled about as rudely as possible.
